This weekend I have no set plans and I couldn’t be happier to take care of some things around my place. A while back I ordered three of Thomas Keller’s cookbooks and I finally have time to flip through the pages and mark all of the recipes I intend to make. Since the official start of fall is less than a week away, I’m already looking forward to finding some comfort food to try out. First up this weekend: Buttermilk Fried Chicken.
