This week has been blazing hot in L.A. so today we’re taking a summer Friday and going to the movie theatre this morning to see The Dark Knight Rises. And since popcorn and candy don’t sound appealing before 9am, we’re stopping for donuts and iced coffees to sneak inside. I’m so looking forward to an adventurous weekend that includes trying new restaurants, hearing live music, and spending time with old friends.
