Five Things

{The only logical thing to do with leftover chocolate ganache: pour it into fruit-shaped molds}

Our quick trip to New York this past week was a good one. We spent time with family, ate way too much (something I’m guilty of every time I’m in the city), experienced true humidity, and were guests at one very special wedding. The rest of the week back home was quiet – I finally got around to starting The Sopranos, something I’d been meaning to do for a while, and tonight I’m looking forward to our first home-cooked meal in quite some time. Have a great weekend.

P.S. As most of you who use Google Reader already know, the application is shutting down this Monday (July 1). I’m sad to see it go, but for those who use the service to follow my site, here is a list of apps and services that are good alternatives.
