Parker House Rolls

For all the fanfare turkey, stuffing and other savory side dishes receive, one of my favorite Thanksgiving treats is the under-appreciated roll. Maybe it’s my undying devotion to all-things carb based, but a perfectly baked buttery roll is one of life’s simple pleasures. These Parker House Rolls from Bon Appétit are a great addition to any holiday table (or any dinner for that matter) and when served with an herb compound butter (we used rosemary), you might be tempted to skip everything else.
