Ice Cream Sundae Bar

Homemade ice cream is one of life’s greatest indulgences – and the only way to improve upon it is with an array of well thought-out toppings. A few weeks back, my mom made this burnt sugar ice cream for a dinner party and has been raving about it ever since. I finally decided to give it a go at the first signs of warm weather this past weekend, and was so impressed that I felt it needed a sundae bar to appreciate its full potential. I love creating an entire dessert spread that people can enjoy individually and like to find a balance between homemade aspects (ice cream, candied nuts, and whipped cream) and store bought toppings (cookies, sprinkles, sauces). Of course you can tailor it to your liking, but I hope this inspires you to have your friends over for an ice cream sundae party sometime soon!
