Even as someone who considers herself to be a competent cook, I’ve always found making cocktails to be fairly intimidating. Beyond taking a while to master (it helps that I’m married to a fantastic cocktail-maker), it was years before I felt confident enough to know which drink was the right one to serve on different occasions, so our team put together a fun flowchart to help narrow down your choices, no matter the occasion! Some of the options are a little tongue-in-cheek, like drinking a vodka martini alone (which, for the record, is one of my favorite drinks!) but most of them are chosen to fit the occasion or season. I’ve also created a holiday cocktail, the Gilded Spritz, inspired by the cutest gold coupes in our shop. Scroll on for the recipe—cheers!
