I mentioned my newfound obsession with prints a while back, and it’s shown no signs of letting up. In fact, my approach has become even a little more laid-back, taking on a bit of a western spin with flat booties in lieu of pointy-toe kitten heels. Instead of it leaning more romantic, I like the slightly androgynous spin that an oversized coat and booties lend to the look. Even though this outfit wasn’t well coordinated with the weather (the overcast morning made way to a stifling afternoon, go figure), it transitioned well from a midday coffee to dinner and a movie with friends later in the evening.
