For a long time, this Topshop tank, which I love for its bleach-splash detail, was a piece I’d reach for and put on, then put back—almost intimidated by its punk vibe. On the flip side, when I first got to try on this recently-launched Cupcakes and Cashmere jacket, the effect was the exact opposite. I immediately felt that it could go with almost anything in my closet—so it’s only natural that I paired it with the most difficult thing in there. As soon as I put the two together, I knew it was a perfect match. The cozy feel of the jacket softened the punk rocker-vibe of the tank in a way that made it feel natural and true to my style. It’s safe to say this jacket won’t spend much time on the hanger.
