I went through a phase, much to my friend’s horror, when nearly everything I bought had a Peter Pan collar. She made fun of me for trying to make “librarian chic” work, and ultimately I started to agree with her aversion. But when I saw this dress, that’s simple and sweet without being too twee, I felt like I could make an exception.
