Sweater dresses can be tough in L.A. since most mornings are chilly (and I use that term very loosely given the recent arctic temperatures across the country), but they morph into warmer afternoons. This one works, since it has a crispness that doesn’t feel too heavy. Plus, it combines several of my favorite things: a boatneck, color blocking, and a good nautical stripe. When paired with boots and girly accents, it strikes an ideal balance.
