When Geoffrey returned from his cycling trip to Vermont a few weeks ago, his phone was filled with beautiful photos of trees with unbelievably bright-orange leaves. While we don’t get quite as dramatic of a seasonal shift in Southern California—it’s an event if it drops below 60 degrees—it’s one of my favorite seasons to dress for, since I’ve long believed that layers are a fool-proof way to make any outfit look more polished. It should come as no surprise that some of my favorite pieces I designed for my fall collection are coats, including the ‘Belva,’ with a chic grid design and swingy silhouette that goes with just about anything.
