I love the idea of transitioning florals, a typically springtime print, into the winter season, and the black and red motif on this dress does just that. The ruffled off-shoulder neckline shows just enough skin to be flirty and festive, but still holiday party-appropriate. While I paired it with simple accessories here—a velvet black clutch and some of my favorite strappy heels—I made an impromptu decision to split a glass of Champagne with G at a nearby restaurant (which, for the record, went perfectly with the dress).
